10 Tips for a Positive 2019

  1. Read more books than you did in 2018.
  2. Do that “one thing” you have always wanted to do.
  3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat fewer foods that are manufactured in plants.
  4. Mentor someone and be a mentor to someone.
  5. Engage in daily random acts of kindness.
  6. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, angry vampires, issues of the past and negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
  7. Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a college kid with a maxed-out credit card.
  8. Smile and laugh more. It keeps those angry vampires away.
  9. Dream more while you are awake.
  10. Enjoy the ride. You only have one change to ride through life – so make the best of it and enjoy!
